Outer Foreigner Hair Sample;
DNA Analysis.

Case: Outer Foreigner Hair Sample.

The incident (July 23, 1992)
had yielded a remarkable piece of evidence, a hair sample.

The witness was able to work with a biochemistry team, which provided the world’s first DNA analysis of a biological sample implicated in an [outer foreigner] abduction experience.

The [outer foreigner] has a very elongated face and a sharply point chin. Her eyes appeared to be blue and larger than normal. She has very fine wispy blonde hair that seemed to be oddly blown up. She is over 6 feet tall and apparently very strong. Her skin colour is quite light.

In 1998, an investigation began into the hair sample,
when biochemical colleagues agreed to undertake what was the world’s first PCR (polymerase Chain Reaction) DNA profiling of biological material implicated in an [outer foreigner] abduction experience.

The analysis confirmed the hair came from someone who is biologically close to normal human genetics, but of an unusual racial type: a rare Chinese Mongoloid type. One of the rarest human lineages known that lies further from the human mainstream than any other except for African pygmies and aboriginals.

There was the strange anomaly of it being blonde to clear instead of black, as would be expected from the Asian type mitochondrial DNA.

The detailed results were published in 1999,
in an article entitled “Strange Evidence”,
in the “International UFO Reporter,”,
a publication of the Chicago based Center for UFO Studies,
which was originally formed by Dr. J. Allen Hynek.

 

The Core (of the study):

Phase 2 was focused on replication of the shaft result,
and on the root of the outer foreigner hair sample.
This work revealed the breakthrough complexity of the DNA profile to the outer foreigner donor, with very unusual hybrid DNA profiles.

Nowadays, for understanding the enormous value to the information we get from this hair sample, its study must be examined with referring to the breakthrough that happened in science on the complexity of Aids, in about the same period.

Particularly, that with the cases of natural immunity to Aids.

Attention is drawn to precise details in genetics (DNA), and chromosomes.

Studies on natural immunity to Aids have made our scientists understand how complex diseases are infecting the biological system (cells), and it did introduce a particular method for immunity.

 

Understanding how viruse interacts with cells:

A virus can’t make new copies of itself (infection) without help. It needs to enter cells and use their machinery to reproduce and spread throughout the body.

For example, HIV can only enter certain cells.
It finds the right cells by special proteins called receptors.

One way HIV disables the immune system is by infecting and destroying CD4+ T-cells. These cells are critical in managing immune responses and when they are depleted, immune defenses are weakened.

When HIV and other pathogens enter the body, CD4+ cells, operating through a network of chemical interactions, instruct other cells to disable the invading organisms. HIV actually attaches to the CD4+ protein on the surface of these and other cells to gain entry.

CD4+ can be likened to a doorway that HIV uses
to enter the inner compartments of the cell.

However, the CD4+ protein alone is not enough to allow viral entry into cells.

Scientists have identified a second doorway that the virus needs to open to infect a cell, and they have learned that this receptor is different for different types of cells.

One is called CC-CCR5 (CCR5).

 

And this is the crucial part!

CC chemokine receptor type 5 (CCR5),
is a protein on the surface of white blood cells that is involved in the immune system as it acts as a receptor for chemokines (virus matching protein).

CCR5-1

This is the process by which T-cells are attracted
to specific tissue and organ targets.

Many forms of virus, and the HIV virus that causes AIDS, initially use CCR5 to enter and infect host cells. The CCR5 protein is the door that opens and allow virus to enter the cell.

To make it clear:

1- The CCR5 gene (DNA: position 21 on chromosome 3)
orders the fabrication of the CCR5 protein
on the surface of white blood cells,
which allows virus to enter and infect cells.

2- The mutation CCR5-Delta32 orders fabrication of
defective CCR5 protein, which have molecular faults.

3- When virus encounters that faulty CCR5 protein
on the surface of white blood cells, it can not enter it (no infection).

 

Major Discovery from Aids:

A few individuals carry a mutation known as CCR5-Delta32 on the CCR5 gene, protecting them against these strains of HIV.

Many people who are resistant to HIV
have a mutation on the CCR5 gene called: CCR5-delta32.

The CCR5-delta32 mutation results in a smaller protein that isn’t on the outside of the cell anymore. Most forms of HIV (and other viruses) can not infect cells when there is no CCR5 protein (receptor) on the surface.

The CCR5-Delta32 Mutation:

At least one copy of CCR5-Delta32 is found
in about 4–16% of people of European descent.

CCR5-Delta32 mutation is a deletion mutation (removal)
of a gene that has a specific impact on the function of T-cells.

It makes cells fabricate faulty CCR5 proteins.

Consequently,
The CCR5 deletion factor (CCR5-Delta32 Mutation),
is implicated in conferring viral resistance
in some humans to conditions such as HIV/AIDS
and possibly smallpox.

The CCR5 deletion mutation in the human genome, which suggested recent origin (perhaps about 5000 years ago), is of rare occurence amongst the earth human population being mainly found at a low percentage among peoples of north east European descent.

 

Correlation:

The implication of this unusual genetic mutation
(the CCR5-Delta32 mutation) present in the outer foreigner hair sample
has huge significance, given that many witnesses reported
[outer foreigners] interacting with our environment
without any apparent concerns or precautions
with regard to human or other earthly illnesses.

This CCR5 gene deletion factor (CCR5-Delta32 Mutation) does allow such beings to carry out intrusive activities amongst humans without concern for diseases (such as HIV & smallpox).

This result does give us real insights
into the nature of these outer foreigners and their activities.

Outer foreigners whom are involved into planetary exploration
are making use of this particular DNA manipulation.

Deletion mutation (removal) of a gene
which, as a result, makes cells fabricate faulty CCR5 proteins.

On the earth, this is now known as the CCR5-Delta32 Mutation.

And by doing so, these outer foreigners
are granting specific individuals (in their population)
immunity to other planet’s natural diseases.

 

Credentials:

Proof to the validity of this information,
resulting from that outer foreigner hair sample DNA analysis,
comes from the fact that we got it before any eathlings scientists
had made the related pertinent discoveries.

It is only after understanding why 4–16% of people on the Earth are naturally immune to HIV (because of the CCR5-Delta32 Mutation) that we were able to comprehend the importance of this fact: the presence of the CCR5-Delta32 Mutation in the outer foreigner DNA.

 

This case is exactly the same as Betty & Barney Hill case (1962),
when Betty was subjected to the Amniocentesis
(pregnancy test explained to her by the outer foreigner)
before it was invented on the Earth (amniotic fluid test: AFT).

Same with the Zeta 1&2 map they gave to her
(correctly interpreted by Marjorie Fish, in 1977).
